Appointments for ADULTS ages 18+ are on Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-4pm at the following location:

Appointments for children, teens, and adults are offered on Monday & Wednesday from 10 am-6 pm and on Friday from 10 am to 2 pm at the following location:
